The msg coming post trying to pay is : Sorry, we weren't able to complete ur payment at this time. Pls try again later... Its urgent requirement...

Thank you for your post. I am sorry for the trouble caused. I can understand that you are facing an issue while making the payment. In this case, we recommend you clear the caches/cookies and try to make the payment after 24 hours. So if there is any technical glitch it will get lifted and the payment will go through.
