Hello! I ordered bluray film yesterday. During PayPal payment I received a message of serious network issue. My bank account was charged but payment never reached the seller. Seller received automatic notification from PayPal of failed network transaction. They promised to refund the money if they post-receive it through PayPal. There's no way to complain about issue because the charge was not unauthorized. Anyone else here experienced this kind of problem?
