Netflix Pending Authorization

So I renewed my Netflix subscription, and got this message: ''This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when Netflix.com completes your order. '' My payment is pending.

When I talked to Netflix support, they told me they did not received money from that transaction, but they see it as 'waiting authorization''. So I made another transaction, same procedure, and money went through straight away, and my subscription got renewed. I've also made a transaction on that same day, everything went fine. So, why it didn't go first time, and went through when I did it for the second time, and where's my money, because it was taken from my bank account? I've received SMS alerting me about transaction, and the amount taken from my account.
