I have a full verified USA paypal account and the state is California.my paypal has also Mastercard verified on it.my PlayStation account is also USA and the state is California.but when i try to link it says'we can't accept pre-approved payment method'.but i opened the account yesterday and it has no other account linked in.so can you please help me to add my PayPal with my PlayStation account
