My client paid the invoice from different account so how can issue full refund to him

Hello Their, 

                   My client paid the invoke from different card. So for billing purpose he wants funds back. I just got the funds and those are in my account. But as per Indian PayPal policy i need to refund whole amount from my back account and i need to pay paypal conversation charges. It will be total loss of mine. Can you please help me out like how can i refund whole amount back to client?
