I I am trying to receive my receipts in messenger from PayPal they told me to go to Facebook and turn on notifications notifications and turn on notifications to messenger but I don't see it and that I tried to make a purchase so that I could choose my method of payment and I it doesn't let me get that poor I don't know what's going on please help me
