I sent an invoice to my friend through paypal twice. I sent the first one and he paid it in front of me and it all went through pretty much instantly. I then sent the second one and in front of me he paid it but this time when he pressed play it refreshed the page and said the payment had declined. He checked his bank statement and it said that the payment had gone through yet I have not received. I just want to know where the money has gone.
