Invoice Tool Item Problem

Has anyone else had a problem when raising an invoice whereby the optional item description field is not displayed on the web page and therefore cannot be completed ?

If so, has anyone got a solution ? My initial thought was possibly browser compatibility or something in the browser cache. I tried contacting PayPal support on the phone but between a slightly bad line and the agent having a thick foreign accent (possibly Indian), I coldn't make out what she was saying.

Your help is appreciated.
