So I forgot to cancel the subscription after using the free trial on tradingview.com and received the notification from paypal that the payment has been completed. But the problem here is my balance on paypal was zero and then the linked debit card that was on the completed payment's is currently near 0 or should I say it is not enough to cover for the fees. The question is will I get charge by the bank for the payment ? Since I'm not planning to deposit any balance to my paypal or my linked debit card as well. I wonder whether the subscription will be cancelled after it's been activated or I'll get to pay for it.
