I have transferred my money from Fiverr to Paypal since April 21. I already received an email from Paypal to claim the payment but everytime I click the CLAIM PAYMENT button, a message saying "Sorry we are not able to process your request." appears. How to claim the payment and how many days usually before it appears on my account (From Fiverr to Paypal)? Thank you in advance!
