i have transferred $175 from my bank to my paypal balance and i am trying to buy something for $125 but it keeps saying "sorry but we can not complete your purchase at this time". the funds have been in my paypal account for only 1 day though i had to wait 7 days for it to transfer and it transferred on the 3rd and i waited 1 day but still cant buy anything. i also have tried to buy stuff on a website called playerauctions for $30 and it says on paypal it goes through and then i go back to the website and refresh and it says that order is cancelled and it doesnt charge my paypal, can somebody please tell me why i cant buy anything even though i have 175 in my paypal balance??
