I keep trying to send food to my family in Mexico through Uber Eats. I have money in my Paypal account and I converted it to Mexican Pesos since that's the form of currency Uber Eats is asking for to pay. It's available to use, and yet it keeps getting declined. I still haven't received my Paypal card or activated it, is that why? Or do I need to do anything differently? I've been trying to do this for weeks now.
