How do I get a refund from Disney +

I’ve already emailed them earlier this month to cancel future payments as I’m now signed up with them through sky q. But payment has come up today to them so I emailed again, I can’t seem to see a way to just request a refund. Any help would be much appreciated Thank you

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
