How do I decline a payment?

I was gonna close my account to make a new one but first I have to empty my wallet there's this payment from an app that I can't accept so I want to decline it but it doesn't give me an option it only tells me money is waiting and that I have to accept is there a way to decline it?

If you don't accept it then it should time out 30 days post sending.
