How can I restore a recurring payment that I made inactive (iTunes/iCloud)?

A while back I inadvertently made my iCloud recurring payment inactive?
I’m having trouble restoring/ reactivating it. Need your good guidance.

Hello @Whimman,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! That's a great question. Normally you can re-initiate a billing agreement / recurring payment with a merchant just be going through a completely new checkout with them. Sometimes you can achieve this by setting up a billing agreement with that merchant with a different debit / credit card as a funding source and then switching it over to PayPal. But for the most part, it's done through the merchant's checkout page.

I'm going through this too. I accidentally made iTunes inactive and tried to make a purchase through iTunes and it kept declining it.
