Groupon won’t refund

Hi, I recently bought an experience from groupon, paid via PayPal. I can’t get hold of the company to book the experience and fulfil the order. Groupon won’t refund as they say they haven’t received the money (??) but the money left my PayPal and my bank account. Say I have to take it up with PayPal? Not sure where to go from here!

What does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account, is it completed or pending?
