Hi,
I have an online event hosted and my customers aren't able to get past the "Place Order" part of the process.
Whenever they complete filling in their details and clicked place order, a new tab will open with the title "Checkout widget bank redirecting..." and it closes itself. Redirects back to Eventbrite and says "There was a problem submitting your order. Please try again".
I have checked all the settings and everything seems to be in order. Please help me.
