Echeck cancelled

I was sent an echeck on accident. I cancelled it within 20 minutes of it being sent, how long will it take for he money to be back in the senders account?

why don't you ask the sender if he has it.

When an already processing payment from a bank account is cancelled those funds can't do a u-turn > they have to process through to paypal who will then credit the paypal balance of the sender but that takes a few days and sometimes up to a week, dependent on how soon after the payment was initially sent it was cancelled.
