Hi I've just requested £50 from my sister as she owed us some money and thought this would be a quick safe and convenient way for her to pay. I checked all the details beforehand to make sure there would not be any charges Which it said there would not be. Now the transaction has gone through I've been charged £1.90?? How come???

Hi Pollydog,
Great question - when you send a payment request, a fee is included in the processing. You can refund the payment and the fee, and have your sister send the money as Friends & Family through her own account to your email address. I hope this helps!
