I just purchased some furniture and used PayPal to pay for it. But, it charged PayPal without even giving me an opportunity to select the credit card I wanted to use. I wanted to pay for it with my business credit card and now have been charged on my personal card. Is there a way to go in and change the funding source after the transaction has been approved?

Only if the seller refunds and you pay again but the seller will have to foot the bill for the fee as that is no longer returned as part of any refund so they may decline to do that.
