Canceled payment

Good day

I received payment from someone but then minutes later, it said it was canceled. I confirmed my email address but I am still not seeing the payment. I contacted the sender and they are saying that it is showing that it was canceled on my end but I do not know how that is possible. What must I do?

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
