So I rented a server from a server host, and set up a paypal subscription with my credit card, but I didn't have a PayPal account then. I had just clicked "Pay with credit/debit".
Since then I've canceled the server, and paypal is still charging me $10 a month for a service that I canceled.
I made an account to manage subscriptions better, but I can't find a way to cancel that old subscription because isn't linked to my account. I contacted the server host, and they said to cancel it from my paypal "Automatic Payments", but again it's not there because I set up the subscription without a PayPal account, just using my credit card. The server host then suggested to contact Paypal
