Can't do online purchase with PayPal balance

Hello, I am trying to pay on Ticketmaster for the ticket (in USA) with PayPal but I want to pay with my US PayPal balance, but the only options that I have are my Canadian bank accounts. Why is that? How can I pay with my US money balance because in this case, I will save my money. On settings, under "online payments" I have PayPal balance as a preferred method of payment but you don't allow me to do that and I can pay with Canadian money only...

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in the balance option.

You may also have to mark USD as your primary currency for that transaction.

Go to 3 dots next to paypal balance > manage currencies, and put the radio sign next to USD.
