Can't complete any payment?

Hey People,

I've encountered a problem lately that when I try to make a payment in AliExpress, Make a subscription, or even using my paypal balance, it just won't work but just get stuck and won't complete the payment.

My card has enough money, but just won't complete the payment.

When I try using balance, it just won't work with saying nothing.

And when I try using my card to subscribe it just says "sorry, we couldn't set up your subscription using the card you selected. please try another card."
