Hello dear community,
i got alot of money in my paypal and i cannot do anything with it and they're telling me that You've exceeded a regulatory limit on payments you can send in a year. To comply with regulations, we need to confirm your identity as the account owner. This will help you avoid account limitations.
i tried to confirming my identity by sending a bank or card statement and my passport but still its the 3rd time they're telling me to confirm my identity, pleas help !
