Can I accept payments from ebay buyers who are in foreign countries? I've listed items with international shipment and potential buyers are telling me they can't make payment
Is your PayPal email address confirmed? Is the correct email address used in the listing? Is your PayPal account verified? You should be able to use a personal account to sell on eBay. Personal accounts can accept international payments although you can't block them since those settings are only available for business accounts. Oddly, there have been a couple of users reportedly being asked to upgrade to a business account to sell on eBay.
yes everything is good with ebay. I've been selling since 2000. But I haven't done any international sales for around 15 years. It was all pen and paper back then if I remember correctly
Used to there was an option on paypal to manage payments from foreign buyers. You could check 'block' or 'accept and convert' but I can't find those options anywhere
