Hi, I received a text from the # 62 226. I understand others have previously received the message as well and it was legit (as like in my situation I purchased a product that costed a large sum of money) but I can not confirm the payment, I press 1 and send but it’s always failed? How can I confirm/authorise the payment.

Great question! Some phone companies don't allow texts to 5-digit numbers, which may be why you're encountering a problem. If you aren't responding that you didn't make the payment, then there shouldn't be any problem with the one you've already sent. You can always log in to check the status of your payment in your Summary. I hope this information helps!
