why has my session expired or invalid after I log in a second time

I am trying to donate from an email request.  when I hit "donate" I get a message that my session is invalid or expired.  I then logged in as requested and still cannot make the donation.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
