Hey all,

I got this message when I tried the cash your check feature: "We're sorry, we were unable to verify your identity. You cannot load checks at this time"

I have my passport and SSN number uploaded. I don't know what else I should upload to confirm my ID...

Maybe my driving license could solve the issue?
