unfair practices and outrageous power abuse

Is anybody else experiencing such abuse? Paypal blocked me from family and friends free option and left only paid option to charge me sending money to family and friends. They do not answer my inquires and act like they blind and do not understand English. They do not allow me to file a complaint to Resolution center and keep my account with 0 cases, while I am contacting them every day since 05/25 and they just do mockery to me.

Friends/family is only free if you send the funds from a linked bank account.

If you use a card then you pay a fee.

However why would you need to open up a case for sending a payment?

If you sent using the friends / family option then you would have 0 buyer protection anyway.
