unclaimed payment

i was sent a payment of £80 on 20/04. i havent received anything that tells me to accept payment. i phone paypal and was told it went into unclaimed. their error but still not sorted

Check the email address your friend sent the funds to and make sure that its correct with no spelling mistakes.

Then ask her if its showing as unclaimed on her account and if so with or without a cancel option.
