I just received payment from someone through using the site swappa. The payment is less than what swappa shows was paid. Does paypal take a cut too?

Well yes or how would Paypal pay their staffs wages or make any profit??

Your Paypal fee is deducted from the buyers payment and the remainder credited to your Paypal account balance.

Fees are in Paypals user agreement.
