refunded to wrong card

the card i used and got refunded to is expired and is no longer for use, but when i check my bank account that has the new card it doesnt show there.

i refunded something and its not in my bank account since i used a card that i dont have anymore

If both old and new cards belong / ed to the same ACCOUNT then it should still go through ok.

Paypal say allow 30 days but i have never waited longer than a week, but that depends on what country you are in.
