by mistake i sent money to Xoom, a money transfer co. of paypal. this money was supposedly for my brother. now when i

talked to paypal people they say the transaction is complete. when i talked to Xoom they say they have no such transaction.

I file the complain. no answer. The money was take out of my paypal account on April 9th, 2020 and still no answer. need help to recover my money.
