receiving amount from clickworker account to limited paypal account

Dear sir,

This is not my issue but its about my friend, He was working in clickworker and receiving payments through paypal. Today clickworker released the payment, but unfortunately his paypal account was permenantly limited. So he did't received any payment today. But in clickworker payment invoice is created and it says the amount was paid.How could I get the payment .Please help me .TIA

He would need to sort it out with clickworker.
