received payment on my account got cancelled after 21 days and returned to sender

I figured out that I have to claim the payment manually.

My question Nr.1 : can I change the settings that the future payments get accepted automatically?

My question Nr.2: can the sender resend me the amount immediately or is there a restricted time of sending the same amount from the same sender?

Normally you only have to claim....

1. the first payment you receive.

2. a payment in a currency that you don't yet hold as a receiving currency.

3. if its unclaimed with a cancel option on the buyers end then you have either provided an email address with a spelling error OR the email address is unverified.

They can send again immediately as long as they have the required funds as cancelled payments can take a while to return back to the buyers funding source.
