Hi,

 

Last night I was trying to do a payment for a Fiverr account that was due, but when I tried to do the payment I received the above message. I have done all the necessary steps of verification, including verifying my mobile number and email address. Additionally I have ensured that my card attached to the profile is not expired and has funds in it. I have tried to reach out to PayPal via their "Message us" option, however have not received a response acknowledging or responding to the question "why did this occur, and how do we fix it?". I appeal to all moderators and community, to please assist me in solving this problem as I need to make an urgent payment ASAP.
