Hi, I've attempted to send a donation to a charitable organisation through their website.
However, the payment can't be made due to the above message: "Sorry, this payment can’t be completed due to regulations." No further explanations.
I have made online transactions successfully within the past couple of months without a hitch. And no, I'm not in any of the countries listed in "PayPal Receive Funds and Automatic Transfer Agreement."
