No matter what, I cannot change the backup funds on my PayPal balance payments, the one coming after the msg "If this payment method doesn't work, we'll use...". PayPal strangely chooses a card I do not want to use as a backup. It's not a preferred method, it's just a card registered with my PayPal account, a card I do not want to use for the moment. I do have couple of bank accounts registered and some other VISA debit.
This problem is driving me crazy. Please advise. Much appreciated.
