when i go to checkout i cannot use my pay pal credit balance. i have purchased many items before using it without a problem and now i cant even buy anything pay pal credit says my account is fine i just get a message saying '' Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.'' over and over idk what else to do. and when trying to send money using my pay pal credit balance i get an error code as well my account is fine, my friends pay pal account is also verified ive sent money before and now all of sudden it doesnt wanna work anymore days and days now.
