perpal credits

hello

months ago  i  had  a  refund

but  the  money  came  from to  my  paypal credits

so  it  should be  back  the  same place

the money  went  t my  paypal  account  not  into my  credit

its look  like  i still  own  the  same  amounts

i  have  never  seen the  money back  to my  credits  accounts

please  help
