pending payment

hi

i'm new to pay pal and ebay

today i sold 3 items on ebay  ,iv had 3 emails from paypal

to say the 3 buyers have paid ebay  says they are pending 

which can understand as they high value items and iv just joined

but for the life of me i can't see any pending payments in my pp

can anyone tell me where to look

I'm pretty sure this just means the payments are pending on Ebays side not yet reached Paypal.

but im a bit worried now as the 3 emails were supposedly from pp

You should find pending payments just under your account balance check if it's in there if not you can open a case with PayPal to do this go onto recent activity/transactions click on the transaction that is the scammed money and press report problem, this sends the seller a message to say you have a problem with the item, if the seller doesn't respond you can escalate it (after a couple of days ) to Paypal and they will hopefully resolve the issue from there. i havent anything under account balance

iv just checked ebay and it says under ever item Payment sent on 7 Apr via paypal

it was my fault

i got on to ebay and a very nice lady explained that

even tho i thought i had  linked ebay with paypal

i had but only the email i use for pp

because i was using a different email on ebay than my paypal

i had to input my ebay email into pp

does that make sense ??

it dosn't to me ,but it worked

so i can now breath 😂
