pending payment activity

i have send to a person a money but its pinding!

how i can fix that or refund my money

It is pending because the person has not accepted it yet. Get the person you sent it to, to accept the payment.

he cant accept there are no button or anythink to accept

Then this is how you can cancel your payment. Click the My Account tab. Click the History subtab. Click Cancel in the Order status/Actions column of the transaction in question. Click Cancel Payment.

Click Activity near the top of the page. Click on the transaction you'd like to cancel.Click Cancel in the "Order status/Actions" column of the transaction in question. Click Cancel Payment. I can see it on my one.
