If you were paying a seller then why not just ask them to refund you?

Also you should have put 1.00 euro and not 1,00 euro.

well i did put the 1.00 but paypal have been acting up today like when i sended 35 usd it said I sended 3500$ but only charge and gave 35$

i just added 1plus the 0 to get to 1.00 but they sended 100
