Paypal at fault! A seller in China wants to refund my purchase. He asks for a method via Paypal, acc no. I contact Paypal 6 times...one time they said they were under-staffed. I,ve now had to write to the MD for an explaination!! Its simple, the seller is happy to refund but Paypal stand in the way! How stupid and obstinate is that?
