I'm trying to send money to someone using not the paypal mastercard but the Paypal Credit. Been trying over a week. I keep getting "something;s wrong" or "it has been declined by the cardholder" etc. if i have $750 credit, then i should be able to spend it. the agents keep changing the answer on the phone. They say stuff like if i want to send $750 itll overcharge, to just because it won't send the one day doesn't mean it won't the 2nd day, then they say something else. I need to get this item so could someone fix this please? i'm starting to get frustrated. Thank you.

Olivia, none of that is really the problem. everyone on the phone just doesn't know. you'd think as Credit in Paypal Credit itself says $750, i could spend something but no matter what they think the problem is, or know what the problem is, after all that, i still canlt get it to work. i feel like punching the wall. 😞
I'm sorry for the frustration. Typically, if a PayPal Credit funded payment is declined, there's some sort of risk detected that causes the security system to decline the payment for the protection of all parties. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
