So I have always used my paypal to make payments to my mother in law. I stopped for about 5 to 6 months because no payments were needed. I stated again last month, and my account got a limitation placed in three weeks after the first time sending. I verified my ID emails, cards on my account with the banks, added my bank account. I was able to finally send money after so many errors, and asking for my phone number but not accepting it. I tried to do a payment again today to see if it would work, and it almost did. However i had to edit info. When pressing submit it then gave me an error and now it keeps giving me errors. Why is this? Ive noticed my last payment went through after i didn't attempt for 1 to 2 full days. I feel if I have verified all personal and banking information, I should be able to use my account.
