payment on hold

hi there, 

is there anyone who can assist me , my client paid me the repair fee for his car but yet my payment was on hold , to make the method worst he did not create an paypal account so is there any ways for paypal to lift the hold , need help urgently

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, even the sender doesn't have any paypal account still they can send the money as guest and once they send it via goods/services normally our system will hold the money for 21 days, for funds to be release asap you need to put tracking info or advise the sender to confirm the receipt on their end.

If your buyer confirms the receipt of the services, your payment will be released immediately.

Here's how to do it:
 • Sender of the money needs to log in to their PayPal account through website www.paypal.com
 • Go to activity page
 • Select the transaction
 • click on confirm reciept
Money will be released immediately
