payment I sent showing as pending

I have set up a paypal account pretty recently and I have sent money to another paypal account, with direct debit.

Today, I have checked my bank statement and it says payment pending. (I have enough money in my bank account).

The other paypal account has received the money I sent.

Why this value has not been taken from my account yet?
