paying online in alibaba

why i cant complete my payment on alibaba , i just get verified a while ago, then i tried to pay again but it always pop up "payment unsuccessful " can somebody has an idea on how to fix payment ?

What funding sources do you have linked to fund your paypal payments and have you confirmed them all?
